Summary: Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Your chosen turnaround schedule will begin on the first full working day following the working day in which we receive the order, correct, print-ready artwork & payment (or last one of the three).
2. All our turnaround schedules are given in working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding any Public Holidays.
3. Please remember to allow a degree of flexibility on your chosen turnaround schedule, as the timeframes offered are estimates only. 95% of orders placed with us are successfully delivered within the estimated timeframe but on a minority of occasions, unforeseen circumstances and/or force majeure events, back logs during extremely busy periods or difficulties experienced by courier companies, can result in slight delays. By placing an order via www.printprocure.co.uk or with PrintLoft via email or other means, you acknowledge this and accept that we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred in these instances.
